Adam Lambert Launches LGBTQ+ Charity

Adam Lambert hopes to support LGBTQ+ communities with the launch of a new charity.

The singer founded the Feel Something Foundation to benefit LGBT people of all ages and backgrounds and is determined to make a difference in society.

With the help of directors and public funds, Adam hopes to empower the LGBTQ+ community by supporting other charities to build a strong foundation.

The star also hopes to abolish the term "coming out" after announcing his sexuality in an "act of defiance".

He previously told BBC News: "It was stressful and it was confusing. I was like, 'What am I supposed to do?' In hindsight I realise there is power in coming out.

"The act of declaring your sexuality publicly, once you're a public figure, is an act of defiance in some ways, and it's also a form of activism."
