Catering for wedding parties from 4 to 80 people, you will receive the individual attention you deserve with each menu specifically created and lovingly prepared by a team of talented chefs, using only the finest seasonal ingredients.

Our experienced sommelier has carefully compiled a list of wines and Champagnes which you can choose from and should you wish to have a bar offering speciality cocktails - your wish is our command. With a personal invitation in to the hotel before the event, not only can you sample some of our mouth-watering dishes, but also personally meet with our chef to discuss any ideas you may have, no matter how grand or humble.



Nothing is too much trouble at Dylan and should you wish to have a string quartet playing as you enter your wedding reception or arrange a pianist to play on the hotels baby grand piano, we will arrange it. To capture these special moments and to provide those lasting memories, wedding photographs may be taken within the stylish surrounds of the hotel, or with the leafy backdrop of St. Mary Park directly across from the hotel.
