We have been doing business with Aoife and her staff for a couple of years now. We have done some of her courses which are very good and very professional, Aoife goes out of her way to make it relevant to your needs. We also buy most of our icing, tools etc there and find them to be extremely helpful, with the added bonus of a loyalty scheme
