Janet Gillanders Photography

Janet graduated DIT School of photography in 1999 with distinction. Ever since, she has worked in many aspects of photography, including teaching, traditional colour printing and black & white hand-printing.

She has been the official photographer for the CIBSE since 2002. She has photographed numerous weddings over the past 12 years, including Boyzone's Michael Graham's wedding.

Based in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Janet is a fully qualified and registered photographer.



Weddings
Janet documents your wedding day from the bride's house right through until everyone sits down for the meal.

Her photographs are a combination of candid and posed. The posed pictures, e.g. family groups, are kept very natural. Her aim is to produce a collection of great images as efficiently and as stress-free as possible.

A pre-wedding meeting is essential. It provides a good chance for Janet to sit down with the couple and develop a plan. As well as saving valuable time on the day, it gives the couple an opportunity to discuss preferences, e.g. more traditional or candid pictures. It also allows the couple to request any specific pictures, e.g. school friends, godparents.



Wedding Packages
Janet offers a choice of 3 wedding packages, including a traditional album, a digital photo book album and a disk only package.

All 3 packages contain a pre-wedding meeting, high resolution disk, proof book and online viewing gallery.

• The high resolution disk allows you to print your photos.
• The proof book is an A4 hard back book containing all your photos (after editing) in thumbnail form. This book is very useful for reference & choosing your pictures.
• The online viewing gallery allows you and your guests to log in to view and choose your pictures.
