Jennifer Wrynne DesignsIrish Designer Jennifer Wrynne specialises in making hats and headpieces for Weddings and Ladies Day at the Races.
Of all fashion accessories, hats are the most personal and most powerful. They are on the most important, the most visible and the most photographed part of the body. Hats frame the face, and make one walk tall; they cause heads to turn and compliments to follow.
Jennifer's designs are unique and imaginative. Each piece is made entirely by hand to a high quality standard - a huge emphasis is placed on the attention to detail and finish.
There is a desire to infuse an element of glamour and luxury in the modern dress, and it is a 'headpiece' rather than any other item of clothing that can do this to such great effect!
About Jennifer Wrynne, Irish hat designer from County Leitrim, learned how to sew in her mother's design studio - her creative talent and flair for fashion was evident from a very young age.
In 2008, Jennifer moved to Dublin to work as a Visual Merchandiser for Louis Vuitton in Brown Thomas. During this time, she also studied at The Grafton Academy of Art & Design.
Jennifer started making hats in 2011. Since then, she has built a thriving business and reputation in the world of millinery.
Jennifer provides a bespoke hat service - clients come to Jennifer with a particular outfit which they would like a head-piece to compliment. When designing a hat, Jennifer considers elements such as shape of face, skin colouring and hairstyle. It is important to design the perfect piece as the wearer's personality and style must be reflected.
Jennifer's hats have enjoyed a lot of Press Coverage, with some features in IMAGE Magazine, Social & Personal, The Irish Independent, TV3's Xpose and Ireland AM. She has also been featured in many fashion blogs within Ireland, UK, Australia and Dubai.
