Completely refurbished in 2004, the Nesbitt Arms has an excellent reputation for the quality of its food, accommodation and service.

The hotel offers 50 ensuite bedrooms, all of which are furnished to the highest standard and decorated in warm shades of gold and rust. All rooms include ensuite bathroom, TV, telephone, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Additionally, rooms suited to families and people with special needs are available.



Dining at The Nesbitt Arms
While staying at the Nesbitt Arms, travellers will find two excellent options for wining and dining. Weavers Restaurant is a beautifully decorated space while the bar/bistro is a traditional place with old-world charm. For private dining, there is a separate alcove that can seat 14 to 16 people and a small room suitable for parties of about 20 people. There is also a function room that can cater for up to 350 people, including weddings.

The three-star, family-run hotel is located in the centre of Ardara, a County Donegal town situated between the Blue Stack Mountains and rugged coastline. Ardara and its surrounding region have many popular activities, such as walking, surfing, golfing, horse riding, fishing, kayaking and boating. There are also many attractions, such as knitwear and tweed shops, galleries and traditional pubs.
