Meadowlands Hotel

The original Meadowlands Hotel was purchased by its current owners, the Ó Mhathúna Family from Dingle. It was re-built and re-emerged in June 1998 as the unique, charming and intimate 4 * Hotel the town has come to love. The Ó Mhathúnas insisted on maintaining the traditional aspect of the hotel and  whilst this is apparent in all quarters, nowhere more does traditional local life come alive than in the infamous Johnny Frank’s Bar, with its feature open fire, cascading staircase leading to the Library and the many traditional music sessions that ensure Caint, Ceol agus Craic!  The family only use the finest quality, locally produced ingredients sourcing the Fish from their home village of Dingle on a daily basis, ensuring it’s at its freshest when delivered to your table either in the Bar, or in its Award Winning An Pota Stóir Restaurant.


In addition, the hotel caters for Weddings, Conferences, Events and is centrally located at the gate to the Kingdom, where you can visit idyllic Dingle, once cited as ‘one of the most beautiful places on earth,’ or how about a round of Golf at one of the many prestigious Clubs in the county, a Walking Tour through the magical Kerry Mountains, a Guided Tour of The Ring of Kerry, the list is endless.
