There is hardly a man walking the earth who hasn’t experienced some form of 'approach anxiety' in his life. It’s that fear of walking up to a woman and being shot down in his tracks.
It's a normal fear but there are some concrete ways to stomp it out and take away any power it has over a man and what he says and does. Ridding himself of this anxiety will make asking women out feel natural and easy, Carlos Xuma says in a recent report.
In a new report, Carlos Xuma reveals six important revelations about approach anxiety and how it impedes men from approaching women.
Here is the first tip Xuma shares in his report on how to approach a girl: It doesn’t matter why a guy has approach anxiety.
"Everyone is worried about why they have approach anxiety," Xuma says. "Well, the reason ‘why’ really doesn’t matter. In fact, it’s actually irrelevant. Men should be careful not to get caught up in the therapy trap where they have to figure out what happened in their past that make them the way they are. Who cares?"
It’s more important for men to figure out how to move past the anxiety, he says.
"In this case, the only thing that matters is results. The ability to leave the anxiety behind is all that counts," Xuma says.
In his new report revealing how to approach a girl you like, Xuma also teaches men that approach anxiety is not worth all the power, time, and energy that it is given.
"Men need to stop looking at their fears as this overwhelming, all-powerful deity that controls them. Men need to learn to take away that power and to laugh at it. It’s that same idea of imagining everyone in the audience naked before giving a speech. Men need to learn to take away the power they think others have over them," he says.
In his new report, Xuma reassures men that learning how to approach women becomes simple once approach anxiety is conquered. And the good news is that men can overcome approach anxiety with cognitive methods. In his teachings and report, Xuma helps men overcome anxiety by teaching them how to break down what causes the fear, thinking those emotions through, and then destroying those negative feelings.
Xuma has spent years teaching hundreds of men flirting tips for guys and has been a dating expert and attraction adviser for more than 10 years.
He has appeared on ABC and CBS television, as well as Playboy radio. He’s the author of The Bad Boy Formula, Secrets of the Alpha Male, the Girlfriend Training Program, and numerous other books and articles. He has also been recognized for his work sharing dating advice for guys and helps men learn how to approach a girl.
