Wedding Party Stranded By Qantas Grounding

The grounding of Qantas flights have left a wedding party stranded.

A group of 30 due in Sydney for a post-wedding party, are trapped in LA international airport, according to Sky News.

The wedding party are unsure what to do.

"We have no idea. We are probably not going to go. All of us planned on being down there. It is such a bummer," Scott Sibbel, told AAP.

Scott's sister has married an Australian and organised a big post-wedding party on Sydney Harbour next Friday bringing together people from the US and Oz.

Qantas chief executive Alan Joyce shut down the airline's domestic and international fleets on Saturday.
