The American actress and former model, 28, postponed her wedding to financier boyfriend, Bruce Cummings, in August.
Speaking to The Telegraph, at the ISAF WMRT Championship trophy launch at Garrard the jewellers, Margo said: “I’m single, happy and moving on.”
Other guests at the party included Olympians Colin Jackson CBE and Mark Foster, Made in Chelsea’s Spencer and Caggie, British designer Ozwald Boateng OBE and Strictly Come Dancing Stars Brendan Cole and Darren Gough.
