Royal Wedding Shot For Charles' Xmas Card

The Prince of Wales has chosen an image taken at the Royal Wedding for his 2011 Christmas card.

Charles can be seen standing next to the Duchess of Cornwall as he holds up his wife's three-year-old granddaughter and bridesmaid Eliza Lopes during the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.


It was captured by the Press Association’s royal photographer, John Stillwell, who commented: "I’m delighted the Prince of Wales has chosen my picture from the thousands he could have picked."

The card reads "Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year" with the photograph surrounded by a deliacte red border.

On the back of the card you can see the Prince of Wales' feathers and the Duchess' cypher.
