Pippa Middleton's Pilates Teacher Launches DVD

Pippa Middleton's behind became the most sought after rear following the Royal Wedding and now the fitness instructor who helped sculpt it has released a Pilates DVD.

Margot Campbell, who is credited with honing Pippa's rear, is launching The Perfect Pilates Bum on Boxing Day.


Pippa does not feature in the DVD but on a testimonial on Campbell’s website she said: "As someone who is always ‘on the go’, pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London.

"Whether it’s 7am in the morning or 7pm at night, I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated. Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture and couldn’t recommend Margot more highly as an instructor."
