'Getting Married Was The Best Day Of My Life', Says Cameron

David Cameron has been reminiscing about his wedding day.

When asked to name the best day of his life the PM, 45, said it was "probably getting married and the first night of my honeymoon. I can remember pretty much minute by minute."


Mr Cameron and Samantha, 40, tied the knot on June 1, 1996.

The pair keep their romance alive by having weekly date nights.

They make sure they spend quality time together despite busy schedules and caring for three children.

In an interview with Now magazine the PM said: "We have one night every week where we either stay in and do nothing or go out on our own. We have a couple of favourite Italian restaurants."
