Jack married Jade, who was dying of terminal cervical cancer, at Down Hall Country House Hotel in Hatfield Heath, Hertfordshire, on 22 February 2009.
Jade died on Mothers Day that year aged just 27.
Her children, Bobby, eight, and Freddie seven, live with their TV presenter father Jeff Brazier.
