Actor Couple Join Forces To Help Homeless Hounds

On Sunday April 15th, The Mayhew Animal Home held their event -Hyde Bark -in Hyde Park to raise awareness of their charity work for homeless dogs.

Joining them at the event as judges for the Dog Show were actress Joanna Page (BBC One The Syndicate, Gavin and Stacey) and actor James Thornton (Emmerdale).


The married couple, who have a dog of their own are always keen to support the work of charities and judged several categories in the Dog Show on the day.

Jo Page said: "We just love to be able to support The Mayhew at their events and there are just so many beautiful dogs that come to enter the dog show I can hardly bear to choose just one!"

The Mayhew is a rescue and rehoming centre in north west London and has been established since 1886.
