Chantelle Is 'Happy And Excited' After Giving Birth

Chantelle Houghton has revealed that she is "happy and excited" after giving birth to her daughter on Father's Day.

In her new! magazine column, Chantelle wrote: "I'm so happy and excited my baby is finally here!

"She's so beautiful! In the days leading up to the birth, I had been wakening up at 05.30am worrying about it - I was so frightened.


"I had a hospital appointment last Tuesday and they told me that ger head was engaged.

"At that point, the doctor actually decided against giving me an internal examination because she didn't want to freak me out if she had to tell me that my cervix was opening!"

This is her first child with partner Alex Reid.
