TV Presenter Admits Husband Will Be In The Spare Room On 'Spray-Tan' Days

TV Presenter Fern Britton has admitted that her husband, chef Phil Vickery, did not speak to her for four days because of her use of spray tan.

Britton told the Radio Times the biggest row she has had with her husband is when she first put spray tan on ahead of her performance on the Strictly Christmas special in 2010.


She told the publication: "Being a chef he is very sensitive to smells and he can't stand it.

"We didn't speak for four days. I have convinced him it's an essential part of the Strictly experience and he will be sleeping in the spare room on spray-tan days."

Britton is to appear in the new series of the BBC1 show.
