Austrian Royal Weds

Adelaide Drape-Frisch has become the newest Archduchess of Austria after marrying Christoph of Hapsbourg-Lorraine, the Archduke of Austria, on Dec. 29.

The 24-year-old son of Archduke Karl Christian von Habsbourg-Lorraine and Princess Marie Astrid of Luxembourg wed the 22-year-old daughter of a French diplomat, at the Basilique Saint-Epvre in Nancy, France.


Royals inattendance included the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Prince Guillaume, his wife Belgian Countess Stephanie de Lannoy and Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg.

She wore a wintry white gown with fur flourishes designed by French couturier Diane Lelys.

The pair met The couple met at Catholic school Jeunesse Lumiere.
