The part-time accounts assistant used the money for a free bar, musicians, fireworks, a magician and face-painting at her wedding.

Pure AV Managing Director Peter Sutton said: "She didn't just steal the money from me she stole it from her colleagues.

"Because she stole the money over a period of time, we did not miss the money at once but there were two periods in that time when we had cash flow issues.

"We even had to lay two people off but we have recovered and the business is now flourishing."
