There was speculation that The Saturdays singer would be the next member to tie the knot, but she had denied the claims, according to OK! Magazine.
In an interview with the magazine, 24-year-old Sandford said: "It's making it worse for him. He's definitely not going to do it. Everyone else is thinking about it more than I am."
Sandford has been dating Brighton & Hove Albion footballer, Wayne Bridge, for more than two years.
The singer has previously spoken of her desire to get married, but an interview last year revealed she was "feeling pressured" to wed her boyfriend.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Sandford admitted: "Everyone keeps asking me and Wayne when we are getting married and when we are having babies.
"I am a bit bored of everyone asking because it's like, 'We will do it when we are ready. If you keep asking about it, it's not going to happen'. It's not fair for the guy to have that pressure."
Two of Sandford's bandmates – Una Healy and Rochelle Humes – are both married.
