The poll, which was carried out on the National Wedding Show website, sought to determine which recently engaged couple the British public would like to see plan their big day.
Mackintosh and Green, who announced their engagement in March claimed first spot with 74.1% of the vote. They were followed by The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford and her footballer fiancé Wayne Bridge with 14.7%, while TOWIE's Joey Essex and Sam Faiers came in third with 11.1%.
Mackintosh and Green, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, announced their engagement earlier this year after a trip to Paris. Following their news, the 23-year-old reality television star immediately began planning an engagement party, celebrating for an entire week with friends.
The couple began dating in December 2011 after it was reported Green saw the television personality on the cover of FHM and called her.
Sandford and Bridges recently confirmed their engagement as well as the news that they are expecting their first child together.
