The couple were spotted having dinner at a New York restaurant, according to Now magazine.
The appearance comes after it was rumoured last month that 23-year-old Kristen was still seeing director Rupert Sanders. Following a meal out with friends, the actress was seen getting into a black vehicle, with a 'mystery man' behind the wheel, leading many to speculate that it was her former flame.
However, friends of Stewart claimed the man was just a valet for the restaurant they had attended.
Last year, Stewart and 43-year-old Sanders were forced to reveal they had been having an affair after they were spotted kissing. They met on the set of Snow White And The Huntsman.
Following their admission, Sander's model wife, Liberty Ross, with who he has two kids, filed for divorce, while Stewart and Pattinson split up, but have been rumoured to be on and off ever since. Recently, though it is thought the Twilight couple have finally put their differences aside and are trying to move on. A source added that Pattinson was wanting to spend more time with his friends in order to 'keep things fresh'.
