Kim Kardashian Is 'Officially Divorced'

Kim Kardashian is reported to be 'officially divorced' from her estranged husband Kris Huphries.

According to court papers obtained by E!, the couple are said to have filed for dissolution of marriage. This officially terminates the marriage and restores both Kardashian and Humphries to "single persons".

The reality television star and basketball player began dating in October 2010 and announced their engagement in May 2011. However, the couple hit the headlines after their lavish ceremony when Kardashian filed for divorce that October after just 72 days of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.


After months of arguments, the former couple reached a final divorce settlement earlier this year. No other details from the divorce have been revealed, but it is thought the couple had a prenuptial agreement.

Kardashian, 32, is currently in a relationship with rapper Kanye West. The couple are expecting their first child together this summer. It was confirmed earlier this week that they are expecting a baby girl.
