In April, he posted a message to his official Facebook page to say he had secretly been battling a drugs relapse for a year and a half. The admission led to rumours that the couple briefly called time on their relationship so that 64-year-old Ozzy could get himself back on track.
At the time, there were rumours that the couple were filing for divorce, but both Sharon and Ozzy were quick to dismiss the rumours.
Explaining their relationship to the publication, Sharon said: "It's acceptance of who that person is [which makes a marriage strong].
"If you think you're ever going to change anyone, you’re not going to do it. You love them for who they are."
She also revealed her pride in her husband, confirming that he was once again sober.
