The couple, who have been spending a lot of time in the UK recently, are said to be considering holding the ceremony at the historic site of Stonehenge.
According to the Daily Star, the pair have fallen in love with England as Kunis films her new movie 'Jupiter Ascending', that they want to marry once Kutcher's divorce with ex-wife Demi Moore is finalised.
Speaking to the paper, a source claimed: "Mila and Ashton have fallen in love with the UK. They are desperate to get married as soon as possible because they want to start a family and are slightly old-fashioned about these things.
"The first place they thought of was Stonehenge, but they've also been looking at the Royal Pavilion in Brighton. Mila loves the idea of a stately home or something in the English countryside."
The couple are also said to be wanting a "low-key" ceremony for their nuptials.
"Although the venue may be spectacular, the wedding itself will be low-key,” the source added.
"It's expected it will be just Ashton, Mila and a few family friends."
Kutcher, 35, and Kunis, 29, began dating early in 2012, but have known each other for years after starring in the television sitcom That 70s Show together.
