The man, who was masked and bare-chested, ran onto the court just but was restrained by security before he could interrupt the match.
His stunt came just minutes after two other men, both bare-chested, stood up in the front rows and held up a banner accusing France of trampling on children's rights.
Other protesters at the sporting event called for President Francois Hollande to resign.
It is understood the protesters were angry over France's decision to legalise gay marriage earlier this year.
Last month, the country's first same-sex wedding took place under tight security amid fears from opposition, and campaigners against the new legalisation have received support from the Catholic Church and conservative opposition, who argue the law undermines an essential 'building block' of society.
Following the protest at Sunday's tennis final in Paris, tournament director Gibert Ysern condemned the protests as "pathetic", saying he did not want to give those involved extra publicity, the BBC has said.
