In an interview with new! magazine, the former Spice Girl said she would feel "blessed" if she was to become a mother again, adding that she felt the time was right.
She said: "I would love to have another one. If we were lucky enough, one more would be lovely."
Bunton already has two sons, Beau, 5, and Tate, 2, with long-term partner, Jade Jones, and denied rumours that the couple hire a nanny to help look after their children.
"No [I don't have a nanny]. Jade and I do it ourselves, with help from our families," she explained.
The 37-year-old added that she always tries to fit her career around her kids because they are her top priority.
She added: "I find it OK, actually, because doing a breakfast radio show means I finish at 10am and then I can pick my little one up from nursery, then later get Beau from school. After that, we have the rest of the day to do lots of activities."
