Heidi Wessen, 33, from Leicester was watching the headline show on Saturday night with her partner Sean Crothers when she went into labour.
The couple's daughter was born at Glastonbury's medical centre on Sunday morning, around 3am, two weeks earlier than expected.
Following the birth, Ms Wessen said both she and her new baby were "fine and fabulous".
A spokesperson for the music festival added: "We'd like to send our congratulations to the family. We look forward to welcoming them back in future years. We've had babies born here that are now grown-ups. They still come every year. That's a beautiful thing."
The last known birth at Glastonbury was in 2010, when Victoria Iremonger's waters broke at the festival. The 30-year-old was taken to nearby Yeovil Hospital, where she gave birth to baby boy Reuben. She then returned to the festival the following day with her newborn and her husband.
