The 29-year-old made the comments in an interview with Heat magazine.
The socialite married her partner of just five months in an extravagant ceremony on the French Rivera last month. It was rumoured to have cost in the region of eight million pounds and saw a host of famous faces attending the three-day celebrations.
Earlier this week, the newlyweds held a smaller, official ceremony at the Old Chelsea Town Hall in London to make their marriage legal in the UK.
Ecclestone has not had much luck in the past when it comes to dating, but speaking about Rutland, she said: "I love the happy ever after, I finally feel like I've got it.
"It's been really amazing. I'm really happy, it's the happiest I've ever been. I'm enjoying married life, the honeymoon period and extended honeymoon.
"It's convenient that it's over the summer, as you can take some extended holidays. I'm going away on Saturday to the Bahamas."
Talking about her big day, she added: "We were both really emotional. We both cried during the ceremony I think everyone shed a tear. It was a three day celebration.
"I think everyone saw the pictures that were pap shots which was like a beach party and that was fun, but the first two days were really romantic and traditional. It was nice to do it over three days and to have really different things."
When asked about starting a family, however, the heiress was quick to dismiss any rumours.
"We are just getting over the wedding, so we're not thinking about children yet. The albums arrived today so we were just looking at all the photos from the wedding and just reliving it and enjoying it. We're loving this time as newly weds.
"I'm looking forward to sharing my first Christmas as a married couple and just married life in general. I'm looking forward to even the stupid things like getting takeaways and spending time in London - just generally being settled."
