According to The Mirror, the news emerged after the actress tried to stop an Australian magazine from publishing images of her bump.
The 30-year-old, who now goes by the name of Holly Candy after she married property developer Nick Candy in September last year, was photographed in Italy earlier this month showing her pregnancy figure.
Ruling over the case, an Australian judge refused to grant an injunction against Woman's Day, ruling it would be "futile" given the fact that 27,870 advance copies had already been sent to subscribers, with thousands more being sent to retailers.
Justice Michael Pembroke said: "On the evidence before me this afternoon, over 100,000 copies of the magazine will be distributed. It is impossible to see how any of them could be prevented from being read and disseminated.
"If the objective of the plaintiff is to protect her own opportunity to reveal the fact of her pregnancy at a time of her choosing, then that opportunity has been lost by the events which have occurred.
"I make it quite clear that the conduct of the defendant [Bauer Media Limited] is disdainful. At a final hearing, the plaintiff may, in due course, be entitled to recover substantial damages for breach of confidence."
The images are understood to have been recalled by a photo agency in London, but Woman's Day told the agency that the magazine had already gone to print.
