Monteith, 31, was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room on 13 July from a mixed drug toxicity.
Taking to Twitter, Monteith's 'Glee' co-star and girlfriend thanked fans for their "enormous love and support" following the actor's sudden death.
She shared a personal photo of the couple, adding: "Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart."
Monteith had previously spoken about his battle with addiction. In March this year, his publicist confirmed Monteith had voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility for substance addiction.
Last month, Michele described her partner as "the best person" she knew, and revealed he made her "feel unstoppable".
The couple first met in 2009 when they were cast for hit television show 'Glee'. They played loved interests on the show, and in early 2012, it was reported that they had recently started dating in real life as well.
