Price, 35, and 27-year-old Penna split last October after being in a relationship for almost two years. A few weeks after their separation, the mum-of-four started a relationship with Hayler and they married in January, shortly after they announced they were engaged.
When asked by the magazine if he feels his ex's relationship will last, he said: "No. It won't last. I give it a year, tops."
He then added that he wasn't surprised to hear Price had become a mother again, as she had waned a baby when they were dating.
He continued: "She told me so many times she wanted to marry me, but I didn't want to marry her. She always said she wanted a baby with me, but I didn't want one. She was not someone I wanted to start a family with. Her life is a business and I don't want my life to be like that."
Price and her third husband, Hayler, welcomed their first child together last month. Their son, Jett Riviera, was born eight weeks premature after the mum-to-be contracted an infection while on holiday with her family. She was rushed to hospital where she was told her baby would have to be delivered early due to the risk of infection to the infant.
The model-turned-businesswoman also has 11-year-old son Harvey, from a previous relationship with Dwight Yorke, and a son Junior, eight, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, six, with her ex-husband Peter Andre.
