Speaking to E! News, the 28-year-old added that she was close to letting her mum Sharon organise the big day on her behalf.
The television host said she would only be inviting her family and close friends to her wedding, but it hasn't stopped others from threatening her for an invite.
She said: "Isn't it weird how people care more about your wedding than you do?
"Then they say things like, 'Well, you better invite me and my mum and my brother or I'll never speak to you again.'
"I've already had threats. It's one of those things where I'm like, 'If you threaten me, you're not coming anyway even if I love you."
Osborne also addressed reports that she had been inundated with offers to have her wedding televised.
"You get married for the person you love and for your very close friends and family. To me, you don't get married for attention," she answered.
She added that she wouldn't get carried away with the planning, admitting she is "close" to asking her mum to handle the preparations.
"It's been one of those things that I've been struggling over. I'm this close to being like, 'Mum, do everything and then I'll just show up!"
Kelly has been dating her fiancé Matthew Mosshart since 2011 after they met at the wedding of Kate Moss. In July, the couple confirmed they were engaged.
