Thanksgiving Reunion For Douglas And Zeta-Jones

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are planning to reconcile for Thanksgiving, it has been reported.

The couple, who confirmed they had separated in August, are thought to be planning to celebrate the American holiday together with their two children.

According to the Daily Mirror, a source claimed: "It's baby steps.

"They're not back as a full-time couple but they aren't taking off rings. When Michael said he was hopeful of a reconciliation, he knew it would take a while."

The news of a potential reunion comes after it was revealed the pair spent their birthdays (both 25 September) apart.

Last month, Douglas, 68, said he was "hopeful" of a reconciliation with his wife.

In August, following months of speculation, a publicist for 43-year-old Zeta-Jones confirmed the couple were "taking time apart" in order to "evaluate and work on their marriage".

The actors have been married for 13 years. They first met in France in 1998, before tying the knot in November 2000. They have two children together – Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10.
