The Saturdays singer is currently on maternity leave from the girlband as she is expected to give birth to a baby boy any day.
The 24-year-old's bandmates were making an appearance on ITV's 'This Morning' when they revealed she is desperate to meet her child.
Mollie King said: "She's getting impatient now. She's like, 'Come on! I'm ready for this!' She's been texting all of us saying she's watching us on TV. It's horrible for her being at home and watching us carry on."
Rochelle Humes, who gave birth to daughter Alaia-Mai in May, joked that their "bored" bandmate would never be bored again once her baby arrives, while Vanessa White added: "I think she watches all the stuff we're on and she feels a bit left out. Bless her."
Una Healy, who is also a mum to a daughter Aoife, said that they won't pressurise their friend to return to work.
"It will be whenever she feels ready. It all depends on the individual. Myself and Rochelle never felt forced to come back. At the end of the day the band isn't complete without all five members. We're due to go on tour early next year so she'll definitely be back for that," she added.
