Despite the couple having busy schedules, meaning they haven't been able to start their wedding plans properly, the 20-year-old Little Mix singer said they would like to tie the knot in a beach setting in 2015.
"I think maybe Barbados; I would like it on the beach," Edwards shared with The Mirror. "There may well be an Indian element for Zayn's family... I'd like that."
Last week, it was reported that the pair were thinking of holding two ceremonies, including one in the UK for their family and friends.
Recently, Edwards described her wedding as "every journalist's dream", adding that it would be a "massive circus".
The young couple announced their engagement earlier this year. They started dating in April 2012 and celebrated their first anniversary by planning a romantic trip to Paris.
