The couple's relationship status was revealed on Wednesday following the series finale of their reality television show.
It is understood Falcone ended the relationship after he confessed to still having feelings for his ex-girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh.
Falcone and Craymer, attended an 80s-themes birthday party, as did Mecklenburgh and their other co-stars, but during a heart-to-heart, the former couple admitted they still loved each other.
Falcone even went as far as to ask his ex-girlfriend for another chance and said she can choose to decide whether they have a future together or not.
Taking to Twitter after the show, the stars confirmed the events – with some more shocked than others.
Falcone told his followers: "Me and Pascal have unfortunately ended. My heart wants Lucy."
Speaking about Lucy later on, he added: "If I'm honest, year, I think we're meant to be. The ball is in her court at the moment."
This was a sentiment echoed by Mecklenburgh herself as she told her fans: "I'm very much single at the moment, but after the 80s party my head's a bit all over the place and I'm confused."
It was only last week that 25-year-old Falcone confirmed he was in a relationship with Craymer and it appears the sudden end of their union caught her by surprise.
"Shocking", she tweeted after the show, adding: "Thank you for the positive comments and for the negatives I'm only human ... I knew as much as you did. #nicepeople."
