The couple, who announced their surprise pregnancy in July, also revealed they have chosen both boys and girls names as they do not know the sex of their unborn baby.
In a joint interview with OK! magazine, Andre – who is already a father of two – said: "I love Biblical names like Jacob and Matthew. And for a girl I like the names Rose, Alexandra and Cleopatra."
MacDonagh, who is seven months pregnant, added: "We liked George too, but then Prince George was born. I also love Max.
"When we see the baby though, it will fall into place."
This will be the couple's first child together and while they made the decision to keep the sex of their baby a surprise, MacDonagh, 23, admitted she would love a daughter.
"Part of me would love a girl because with four brothers, I've grown up with football, rugby and cricket. I'd love a girl to take to ballet. But at least I know how to deal with boys," she said, while Andre added: "I'd be happy with either. We are so blessed."
The couple also discussed a potential wedding in the near future, with Andre stating: "I will do the honourable thing, not because it's the right thing to do but because we love each other and because we are just perfect for each other."
"Of course I'd say yes," MacDonagh replied. "I wouldn't even have to think about it. We're so happy together that if it doesn't happen tomorrow, it doesn't matter, as I know it will happen one day and it will be lovely.
"I'm looking forward to it but it won't change anything, it will just be the icing on the cake."
The pair have been dating since July 2010.
