Kanye West 'Bans' Wedding Designer

Kanye West has reportedly banned his fiancée Kim Kardashian from wearing a Vera Wang wedding dress at their upcoming ceremony.

It is understood the rapper made the decision because Wang was the designer Kardashian chose for her short-lived marriage to Kris Humphries in 2011.


An insider has claimed that the bride-to-be is not overly concerned by the demand however. Speaking to British magazine Grazia, they claim the 33-year-old reality television star will have at least two outfit changes.

They claim: "Kim wore Vera [Wang] when she married Kris Humphries, so Kanye has banned her designs.

"Kim will have one formal, one party and an after-party dress. It is likely they'll be designed - with Kanye's help - by Valentino and Riccardo Tisci of Givenchy."
