Jagger, who is the daughter of Rolling Stone star Sir Mick Jagger, revealed the news on her Twitter account.
It is understood the 42-year-old is due to give birth in May.
In addition, her daughter – 21-year-old Assisi – has also revealed she is pregnant, meaning Jade will be a mother and a grandmother within the space of a few weeks.
Revealing her baby bump, the jewellery designer wrote: "Happy to announce this granny is going to become a mummy. I'm six months pregnant xx double whammy this year."
Jade, who is also a mother to Amba, 17, tied the knot with DJ and festival promoter Adrian Fillary in 2012.
The baby will be the fifth grandchild for Mick Jagger, while Assisi's baby will be the rocker's first great-grandchild.
