In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his show Kiis FM, she said: "As we're going along we're realising that we just want it to be small and intimate."
Kim is currently engaged to Kanye West. The pair have a baby girl together.
Speaking about baby North she said: "I'm loving being a mum, I never thought I would say that. For some reason, when I got pregnant I was so scared. I went into this so scared of every last thing pregnancy meant and motherhood and the responsibility.
"I definitely want to have more but I'm definitely not going down the route my mum did, she is crazy. I don't think I could do more than three tops."
