Susanna Reid On 'Emotional' Split

Susanna Reid has admitted her recent separation from her long-term partner has been an "emotional time".

Reid, 43, announced earlier this month that she and Dominic Cotton had decided to end their 16-year relationship.


The couple have three children together – Sam, 11, Finn, 10, and seven-year-old Jack.

Speaking to Woman magazine, the newsreader is quoted as saying: "It's nice having some time off with the boys. It's been an emotional time but we're working things out, and hopefully it'll be for the best."

The pair's relationship was revealed to be over when it was revealed that Cotton had signed up to an online dating website.
