On Tuesday, Judge Yvonne Gibson granted the couple a decree nisi at London's Central Family Court.
According to reports, the hearing lasted less than two minutes. Neither party attended the hearing and were instead represented by a lawyer.
Earlier this month, 71-year-old Max was sentenced to eight years in jail after he was found guilty of a number of indecent assaults on four women between 1977 and 1984.
Following the publicist's trial, there was speculation that his wife would file for divorce.
In papers filed by Mrs Clifford, it reveals she had filed for divorce on the grounds of "unreasonable behaviour".
She added that her partner's behaviour had affected her health, writing: "I suffered from stress and had heart palpitation and saw a specialist."
The petition was signed on 14 August 2013, almost four months before the publicist was arrested on suspicion of committing sex offences, the BBC claimed.
Following the Judge's ruling, a lawyer for Mrs Clifford said everything had been settled "amicably", while a lawyer for her estranged husband declined to comment.
