Tash Gershfield, who is a fan of the boyband, was surprised by the message after it was revealed her new husband had organised it.
In the short video, Styles jokes: "Tash, you don't have to go through with this. It's not too late."
He then struggles to keep a straight face as he adds: "I'll be waiting at Orli's in Borehamwood for the next three hours. If you don't come I understand... but that's where I'll be."
Ms Gershfield, who went through with her wedding, later shared the video on her Instagram account, with the message: "A video from the one and only harry which was played at my wedding!!!!!!! #harrystyles #onedirection #wedding #1D #personalvideo #love' (sic)".
As for her new husband, he didn't seem to mind the competition, as he took to Twitter to share: "Thanks @harrystyles for doing this for my wedding. Thankfully @tashgershfieldx stayed to marry me."
