The Only Way Is Essex star welcomed her first child with fiancé Greg Shepherd earlier this month, but the couple had not revealed the name of their daughter. The detail was only revealed on Sunday (20 July) in the latest episode of the reality television show.
Faiers, 24, was nursing her daughter while talking to her co-stars Gemma Collins and Ferne McCann. When Collins became upset, Faiers comforted her friend, saying: "Gem, why are you crying? Come on, Nellie doesn't want to see you upset."
Collins then responded: "I'm crying because of the baby... she's beautiful."
Faiers and her fiancé have been in a relationship for over two years. In January, the couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together. Also earlier this year, the pair announced their engagement during a romantic holiday to the Maldives.
