The Saturdays' singer tied the knot with footballer Wayne Bridge earlier this month and upon the couple's return from honeymoon, the star has been busy updating her social networking accounts with her new name.
On Twitter, the 25-year-old's account is now 'Francesca Bridge', while her Instagram handle has also been changed from '@francescasandford' to '@francescabridge'.
Sandford and Bridge, 33, have been in a relationship since December 2010. In May 2013, the couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together. The news came just weeks after they announced their engagement. In October 2013, the pair welcomed a son, Parker.
