The model was forced to leave the show earlier this month after she fell ill in the house. At the time, producers of the show said Kisselovich had been admitted to hospital with a "mystery illness", but she has now spoken out about the illness.
In an interview with the Daily Star, she claims to have fallen pregnant inside the Big Brother house after sleeping with her fellow housemate Steven Goode.
She said: "In the past 24 hours I've had a diagnosis from the doctor and he's sure that I have had an ectopic pregnancy. That's why I had so much pain in my pelvic area, which I thought was an infection.
"The doctor said that with the time frame it was definitely Steven's. I'm really concerned. Steven's speaking to all the doctors – he's really upset."
Kisselovich added that doctors have warned she may not be able to have children in the future.
"I'm trying to keep positive because we don't know for certain," she stated.
