The party has also said it aims to provide 15 hours of free childcare for every two-year-old in England – by using the savings from the marriage tax allowance.
It has said it wants to increase free pre-school education to all two-year-olds; this follows the expansion of free nursery care for three and four-year-olds in the country since 2010.

"The Tories are more bothered about helping only some couples through a married couples' tax break," she added.
