The 34-year-old, who is currently promoting her new autobiography 'Close Up', is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "Sometimes I just get a bit cynical and go, 'Oh, is this really The One? I don't know."
She then insisted: "This is the happiest I've ever been."
The model also spoke to Radio One host Nick Grimshaw about her upcoming book, in which she discusses her former relationships, and was quizzed if any of her exes had issues with her 'tell-all' approach.
She then admitted that ex-boyfriend Danny Cipriani was not impressed with her revelations, claiming: "Only Danny [Cipriani]. He's been blowing up my phone saying, 'I'm going to sue you!', and I'm like, 'Yeah, go for it.' I don't think he can, but I'll soon find out, won't I?
"Usually they take out injunctions don't they, these premiership players. So I thought if I send it to him he'll probably do that. So I'd rather be sued than have an injunction.
"I'd rather get my voice out there and then go to jail."
Her comments come just days after the model admitted she had previously punched two of her ex-boyfriends, one of which was Cipriani.
As for Brook's current relationship, she is engaged to former Gladiators' star David McIntosh. After meeting at a party on New Years' Eve, the couple have enjoyed a whirlwind romance. In March, they announced their engagement.
