The couple have been married for 23 years, but in October last year it was revealed they had decided to call time on their union.
According to reports by Radar Online, the couple's separation is said to be amicable, with the reason given as "irreconcilable differences".
It is thought neither Kris nor Bruce want to pay each other spousal support, but the couple will share joint physical and legal custody of their 17-year-old daughter Kylie. Legal documents from the couple also reveal that Kris wants to keep her jewellery and assets from before the couple separated, while the couple will then divide "everything else" at a later stage.
Just hours after the 58-year-old 'momager' submitted her documents, Radar Online said her estranged husband filed his response.
The couple married in 1991 and have two children together, daughters Kendall, 18, and 17-year-old Kylie. Kris was previously married to Rob Kardashian and they had four children together; daughters Kourtney, Kim and Khloé and a son, Rob. Bruce meanwhile, was first married to Chrystie Crownover from 1972 to 1981 and the couple have two children, Burt and Casey. During his second marriage to Linda Thompson, from 1981 to 1985, the pair welcomed two sons, Brandon and Brody.
